The jacket
Will it really keep me warm without looking bulky?
Yes. The insulation holds your body heat while the cut stays slim, so you can wear it through a full winter commute without the puffy look.
Can I wear it in the rain and snow?
Yes. The outer shell is waterproof and windproof, so rain and wet snow stay outside and the wind can't cut through.
Can I put it in the washing machine?
Yes. Machine wash on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. The fill stays full after washing.
Sizing
Which size should I get?
The Vostok fits true to size, with room for a sweater underneath. Use the fit finder and size chart — between two sizes, take the larger one.
What if I order the wrong size?
We swap it. Request a size exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the jacket is unworn with tags on. See Exchanges & returns.
Orders & shipping
How long will delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 7–12 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Will I pay customs or import fees on delivery?
No. Any duties or taxes for your country are shown at checkout, before you pay, so there is nothing extra at the door.
How do the multi-buy discounts work?
Add 2 jackets to your cart and you save 10%; add 3 and you save 15%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
