Antarctica is an online store selling minimalist winter outerwear worldwide. We do not operate a retail location or a walk-in returns counter — everything is handled by email, by real people.

How to reach us

Please include your order number in the subject line — it starts with # and is in your confirmation email. It lets us answer in one reply instead of three.

What to email us about

  • Sizing. Tell us your height, weight and how you like your jacket to fit (close, regular or relaxed) and we will tell you which size to order. You can also use the fit finder on the product page.
  • Where is my order. Have your order number ready; we will send the tracking link and the current status.
  • Size exchanges. Wrong fit? We swap it within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
  • Something arrived wrong or damaged. Send photos with your first email — it saves a round trip and we can usually resolve it the same day.
  • Warranty claims. Every jacket is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Send your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Wholesale, press or partnerships. Same address — just mention it in the subject line.
