The 30-day den test
Give the bed a month. Put it where they already like to sleep, leave a worn t-shirt in it for the first few nights, and let them decide. If after 30 days they will not use it, email us and we will refund you in full.
How to return
- Email hello@burrowandloaf.com with your order number and a line on what went wrong.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and a label or instructions.
- Send it back within 14 days of our reply. Once it arrives, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Wash the cover before sending it back; we cannot accept a bed with hair or soiling on it.
- Return shipping is on us for faulty or wrong items, and on you for a change of mind.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you, no return needed in most cases.
