Free shipping on every order. No minimum, anywhere we ship.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: 6–12 business days for most destinations. Remote regions can take up to 20.
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If nothing has moved on the tracking page for 7 days, email us and we will chase it.
Customs and duties
Most orders arrive without extra charges. Some countries apply import duties on parcels above a local threshold; when that happens, the carrier collects them at delivery. We are not able to prepay them at the moment.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will correct it before the parcel ships.
