Is the cover machine-washable?
Yes. Unzip it, wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle, and air dry. The inner cushion can be spot-cleaned.
Will it slide on hardwood or tile?
No. The base has a grippy underside that holds on smooth floors.
Can a cat use a dog bed, and the other way round?
Of course. Our species labels describe the behaviour the shape is built for, not a rule. Plenty of big cats burrow and plenty of small dogs loaf.

What currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where supported. Your bank may apply its own conversion fee if your card is in another currency.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will change or cancel it before it ships.

What if they will not use it?
That is what the 30-day den test is for. Email us and we refund you in full.
Will I pay customs?
Usually not. Some countries charge duties above a local threshold; if that happens, the carrier collects them at delivery.
